🌏 Asian Session
Typically lower volatility and tighter ranges. Often used as a reference range for the London session to potentially sweep.
🇬🇧 London Session
Increased volatility and frequent trend initiation. The London kill zone (first 1-2 hours) often produces high-quality setups.
🇺🇸 New York Session
Highest volume during the London-NY overlap. The NY open kill zone is a key window for continuation or reversal moves.

Gold and the US Dollar Index typically move inversely. Use this as a quick confluence reference, not a standalone signal.
